I got this camera with 18-200 mm lens now been over a month now and still can not say anything bad about them. I have previously photographed exclusively with film SLR cameras and have therefore considered the Canon 500D with a very critical eye. Nevertheless, she has convinced me entirely. The camera fits comfortably in your hand is enough to be easily carried, even on longer trekking tours and is still robust. Despite the relatively “large” 18-200 mm lens is perfect, they ausbalanziert and can thus be screwed also smaller stands. The digital camera as well as the establishment of supplements is logical and can not quite as experienced photographers area develop further. The pictures to convince itself by its sharpness and are very detail.
However, I would advise beginners by this camera because you can still make really good pictures, you should have some knowledge about exposure and aperture setting. So I think for example the automatic settings of the camera only partly convincing. An ISO value of 3200 seems indeed to the first of its kind view of advantage, but the noise is in this setting (depending on the subject) can not be underestimated.
