Handling compared with 50D recommended

How wonderful to see the pictures of the 500D, is being touted many times before me.
I take pictures with the Canon 300D for years and really wanted to, the EOS 500D, as it slightly smaller and lighter than my 300D and was highly praised in various tests. I believed in the perfect camera. In the shop, I then stopped the first time a CANON 50D in my hands and was immediately impressed by the handling. It is somewhat heavier than the 500D, but it is much better in the hand. I can only recommend both cameras in your hand and test them. I opted for the 50D and regret it for a second.
